Hall Pass Monitoring System
Welcome! Here's a quick guide to everything you can do with PottyTrackerPlus.
Send a Student Out
Use the form on the Dashboard to issue a hall pass in seconds. Enter the student's name, grade, destination, and optional note.
Live Pass Timers
Each active pass shows a color-coded timer: green (0–5 min), orange (5–10 min, overdue), red (10+ min, critical).
Automatic Alerts
Toast notifications fire at 5 minutes (overdue) and 10 minutes (critical). Admins receive email alerts for critical passes.
Restroom Status
Real-time bathroom occupancy by grade and gender helps you decide if it's safe to send another student.
History & Pass Log
Review all completed passes, filter by date/grade/destination, and export PDF reports for meetings or reviews.
Analytics
Visual charts show daily pass volume, peak hours, destination breakdown, and most frequent students.
School Dashboard
Admins see every active pass school-wide, grouped by teacher, with critical passes sorted to the top.
FERPA Compliant
Teachers only see their own students' records. Admins have school-wide access. Data is access-controlled and retained per policy.

When your school purchases PottyTrackerPlus, the app is customized specifically for your campus — including your teacher roster, grade levels, bell schedule, pass limits, restroom configurations, and admin alert recipients.
